10-25 years of progressive experience in business development (prior experience in HealthTech / PharmaTech is a big plus; technology Biz-dev at least is a must)
Ability to think strategically, define business objectives for different departments (incl. Engineering and Product Development teams), navigate complex and multidimensional workflows and problems, discover new business models for companies using Blockchain+IoT technology built by Ambrosus
Human Resources Management experience (management of multiple teams, talent acquisition, building new teams, organisational psychology) is key
Continually developing Ambrosus brand and building increasing awareness in the market place (this role is in general filled by a CMO, but Head of Business will be also a key person in shaping that message)
Generating and seeking out potential new opportunities as well as helping the engineering / solutions teams to push the existing opportunities to closing the deals
Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders
Evaluating new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunities
Managing proposals, submissions and bids
Monitoring competitors and reviewing our offering in light of competitors developments
Participating in new business contract negotiations and leading the corporate workshops
Previous experience scaling a company or product division from start-up to global operating capacity is a big plus
Ability to keep pace with driven start-up CEO, working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Delivery, delivery, delivery! No lame excuses, no failure!
Ability to turn existing technology and R&D into viable business ventures and commercial projects
Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and technology solutions
Must have prior experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment
Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
Willingness to travel 50-80% of time (between Dublin, Geneva, Tallinn and other cities on an as needed basis). Our team is distributed.

Impeccable English is a must. Fluent German and French is a plus
